Anxiety Attacks are Scary

Here are the Top 5 things to do when anxiety gets the best of you:

1. Identify what you're afraid of.

2. Decide whether you can control the situation that you're afraid of. If you can't control it, let it go.  If there is something you can control think about what steps you need to take.

3. Decide what your options are.  

4. Make an action plan

5. Evaluate your action plan.  If your action plans worked you can stop.  If it didn't work go back to brainstorming options.  Letting go of the need for control can be challenging, but once you trust in your intuition and yourself everything else falls into place.
